Offshore staff

HOUSTON -- TGS-NOPEC Geophysical has appointed David Hicks as VP for Africa/Middle East/Asia-Pacific region. Hicks joined TGS in 2002 as chief technology officer, overseeing all aspects of information technology and data management operations. He has over 20 years of industry experience, having also worked for Landmark Graphics, Halliburton, and ExxonMobil. Hicks will be based out of TGS' office in Houston, Texas.
