Frontline Management CEO resigns

Frontline Management AS's CEO Bjørn Sjaastad has resigned.

HAMILTON, Bermuda -- Frontline Management AS's CEO Bjørn Sjaastad has resigned.

Sjaastad is expected to leave the company before the end of June. The board of Frontline will immediately start the recruitment process for a replacement. Until the position is filled, CEO of Frontline John Fredriksen, and the board of Frontline Management AS, will take over Sjaastad's responsibilities.
