Schilling names CEO, development officer

DAVIS California --Schilling Robotics has named Philip F. Otto as president, CEO, and board member.
Concurrently, Tyler Schilling says he will add the role of chief development officer to his duties as chairman. In that new capacity, Schilling says the company will be exploring areas such as subsea vehicle motion control and sensor-based operations of ROVs.
