Nexus appoints CFO

MELBOURNE, Australia -- Nexus Energy Ltd. has appointed Peter Thomas as CFO, effective in late August.

Thomas has over 20 years experience in finance with the international oil industry. He was previously CFO at Stratic Energy Corp. and he served as CFO of Hardman Resources Ltd., from 2005 until its acquisition in early 2007.Thomas has also worked with KPMG and Enterprise Oil PLC.
