Offshore staff
READING, UK -- BG Group has appointed Sir David Manning, GCMG, as a non-executive director effective immediately.
Manning joined the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 1972. His most recent postings prior to retirement were as foreign policy adviser to the Prime Minister and as British ambassador in Washington.
"Sir David's experience of government as a senior diplomat will be a valuable addition to our board," says Sir Robert Wilson, BG Group chairman.
