Afren Côte d'Ivoire appoints director of operations

LONDON -- Afren Côte d'Ivoire has appointed Jack M. McFarland as director of operations. McFarland will be responsible for the company's oil and gas operational activities in Côte d'Ivoire, including optimizing day-to-day production levels; controlling field capital and operational budgets; and managing the allocation of resources to meet the priorities of the business.
