Woodside adds to board of directors

Woodside has appointed Melinda Cilento to the company's board as a non-executive director.

PERTH, Australia -- Woodside has appointed Melinda Cilento to the company's board as a non-executive director. She joins Woodside as an independent director. Cilento is the deputy chief executive of the Business Council of Australia.
