Offshore staff
BUCKINGHAM, UK -- Litre Meter has appointed Rob McDonald as UK sales engineer. The company has also appointed Hamed Ali as applications engineer.
McDonald will be responsible for strengthening the company's customer focus by providing technical advice and customer support. He will manage UK sales activity from lead to order closing.
Ali will be taking on a consultative function advising customers on possible solutions to their flow measurement requirements, and he will deliver an enhanced after sales service. He will prepare sales and repair quotations for the full Litre Meter range of flow meters. In addition, he will supply customers with wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and advise on procedure for returning meters for repair and calibration.
