Toreador announces management changes

Toreador Resources Corp. has promoted John Gilboux to VP of exploration after the former executive VP of E&P and former senior VP of E&P resigned.

DALLAS -- Toreador Resources Corp. has promoted John Gilboux to VP of exploration after the former executive VP of E&P and former senior VP of E&P resigned.

Michael FitzGerald, former executive VP of E&P and Edward Ramirez, former senior VP of E&P, both resigned on June 27, 2008.

Ramirez resigned to pursue other interests, says Toreador. Toreador and Ramirez have entered into a separation agreement and release.

Regional management will now report directly to Nigel Lovett, CEO and president.
