    Hallin Marine has appointed Rik Zwinkels as a project director for the company's East division.

    ABERDEEN, UK -- Hallin Marine has appointed Rik Zwinkels as a project director for the company's East division.

    Zwinkels will be responsible for the safe execution and result of operations in the eastern division of the Hallin group.
