ABERDEEN, UK -- Swellfix has appointed Pascal Blanchard as VP - Africa. He will be based in Paris and Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Blanchard will drive Swellfix's regional sales focus and target the key markets of West and North Africa.
Prior to joining Swellfix, Blanchard was global business alignment manager for Weatherford International responsible for the coordination of Weatherford's worldwide business relationship with Total. Preceding that, he was Weatherford's regional manager for Southern Europe and Africa.
"Pascal has extensive knowledge of the African market, which combined with his market and his experience and skills in driving sales, will make him a valuable asset for the company," says John Dewar, Swellfix CEO. "He will provide us with the tools to develop in Africa, a market that holds an abundance of opportunities for Swellfix."
