ABERDEEN, UK -- Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping has restructured its board of directors.
•Dave Pratt, currently CEO has been appointed as executive chairman
•Thierry Joseph Marie Le Roux has been appointed as a non-executive director
•Stephen John Ludlow has been appointed as a non-executive director
•Non-executive director Keith Lough will take on the additional role of senior independent director
•Dr. Pierre Jungels, who has served as non-executive chairman, has retired from the board.
The board is now composed of:
Executive chairman – Dave Pratt
Chief scientific officer – Dr. Lucy MacGregor
Finance director – Bob Auckland
Senior independent director and non-executive director – Keith Lough
Non-executive director – Thierry Le Roux
Non-executive director – Stephen Ludlow
