OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma -- Devon Energy has appointed Mary Ricciardello to its board of directors.
"Mary Ricciardello's financial expertise and energy industry experience make her a valuable addition to Devon's board," says J. Larry Nichols, Devon's chairman and CEO. "We are very pleased that she has agreed to join Devon as a director and as a member of the audit committee."
Ricciardello previously worked for Reliant Energy in various financial management positions, including comptroller, VP, senior VP, and chief accounting officer.
