IRVING, Texas -- Exxon Mobil Corp. has appointed Michael Dolan as senior VP of the corporation, effective April 1, 2008. Dolan is currently president of ExxonMobil Chemical Co. and will become a member of the corporation's management committee.
Dolan has held a variety of technical and managerial positions in the company's global petroleum refining and petrochemical businesses. He started his career in 1980 as a research engineer in Paulsboro, New Jersey.
Dolan will be replaced by Stephen Pryor, current president of ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Co.. He joined Mobil Corp. in 1971 and has held a number of financial and managerial positions in the US, Cyprus, the UK, and New Zealand. Sherman Glass will succeed Pryor as president of ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Co.
