Occidental Petroleum's executive VP of HR, Richard W. Hallock, plans to retire at the end of the year after completion of 14 years of service with the company.

LOS ANGELES -- Occidental Petroleum's executive VP of HR, Richard W. Hallock, plans to retire at the end of the year after completion of 14 years of service with the company.

The company has named Martin Cozyn as VP of HR, effective April 1.
