Chaired by CEO Christophe de Margerie, the executive committee now has six members.
•François Cornelis - president of chemicals and vice chairman of the executive committee
•Yves-Louis Darricarrère - president of exploration and production
•Michel Bénézit - president of refining and marketing
•Robert Castaigne - CFO
•Jean-Jacques Guilbaud - chief administrative officer.
The company's new corporate affairs division will consist of:

•Corporate communications
•International relations and European affairs
•Institutional Relations
•Purchasing

•Executive career management departments.
