CHC Helicopter announces management changes

CHC Helicopter has named Tilmann Gabriel is to take over leadership of its global search and rescue (SAR) division.

ABERDEEN, UK -- CHC Helicopter has named Tilmann Gabriel is to take over leadership of its global search and rescue (SAR) division. Gabriel, currently president of European operations, will take up the role on March 1.
The move comes as part of a wider management change which sees CHC combine its European operations and global operations divisions into a new integrated Flying Operations division.
Christine Baird, CHC’s president of global operations based in Vancouver, has also announced her retirement after 27 years with the organization. Scott Pinfield has been appointed interim leader of the new division.
