Multi-Chem promotes Toscano, Prejean

HOUSTON – Multi-Chem has promoted Sam Toscano to executive director of Operations – Western Division. Annie Prejean replaces him as special projects manager.

Toscano will be responsible for strategy development to improve company performance; regional oversight; and management of the proposal fulfillment team.

Prejean was previously manager of Global Business Development for Multi-Chem and she was responsible for outside and inside sales for all product lines, project management; report and recommendation writing; and customer training.
