HOUSTON – Hyperdynamics has appointed Paul C. Reinbolt as CFO and executive VP.
Reinbolt joins Hyperdynamics after working for Marathon Oil Corp. for more than 30 years. He was most recently VP-finance and treasurer. In this role he was responsible for completing the financing and financial restructuring for Marathon's spin-off of its downstream operations from the exploration and production businesses on June 30.
