Offshore staff
TORONTO – Adira Energy has appointed Hezi Kugler as CEO.
He served as director general of Israel’s Ministry of National Infrastructures from 2006 to 2009. Since then Kugler has headed his own company in various initiatives in Israel’s energy sector, particularly solar energy, and as a lecturer in the University Of Haifa School Of Natural Resources and the Environment, on “Israeli Energy Policy.”
He will be based at the company’s Tel Aviv office.
