SCHIEDAM, the Netherlands – SBM Offshore has announced that Tony Mace will step down as CEO on Dec. 31, 2011. The Supervisory Board will propose that Bruno Chabas take over as CEO Jan. 1, 2012. Chabas is currently the COO of the company. 08/18/2011
