    ABERDEEN, UK -- READ Well Services has divided its operations into two companies and appointed an additional CEO.

    READ Expandables will focus on developing the company’s expandable well integrity and downhole isolation products, headed as before by Fraser Louden.

    Former Expro CEO Gavin Prise becomes CEO of READ Cased Hole, which will offer well integrity and production logging services.
