Black moves up at Desire

LONDON -- Desire Petroleum has appointed Ken Black as Exploration director.

Black is a petroleum geoscientist who helped establish PGL as a subsurface consultancy in the 1990s. He later became a director at Senergy Holdings following its merger with PGL in 2007.

Last October, he joined Desire as Exploration manager, having previously worked on the company’s licenses in the North Falkland basin via Senergy/PGL.
