SINGAPORE– KrisEnergy Ltd. CEO Keith Cameron has notified the board of directors of his retirement.
Jeffery S. Macdonald, a non-executive independent director of the company since 2009, will take over as interim CEO, effective July 1, 2016, until a successor has been appointed.
Cameron will continue as an adviser to Macdonald, who will become an executive director.
