Dave Pratt, currently CEO has been appointed as executive chairman.Thierry Joseph Marie Le Roux has been appointed as a non-executive director. Stephen John Ludlow has been appointed as a non-executive director. Non-executive director Keith Lough will take on the additional role of senior independent director. Dr. Pierre Jungels, who has served as non-executive chairman, has retired from the board.
