HOUSTON — Oceaneering International Inc. has promoted Catherine E. Dunn to vice president and chief accounting officer, effective Dec. 1. Dunn joined Oceaneering in June 2002 and has served as corporate controller since January 2012.
By mutual agreement, two members of executive management are stepping down and leaving Ørsted with immediate effect: CFO Daniel Lerup and COO Richard Hunter. Rasmus Errboe will serve as interim CFO and member of the executive board. While Errboe serves as interim CFO, Olivia Breese will act as CEO of Region Europe while continuing in her current role as senior vice president and head of Power-to-X. Andrew Brown, member of Ørsted’s board of directors, has been appointed interim COO and member of the group executive team, expectedly until March 1, 2024. Read more.
Engineering and design consultancy Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions, a Venterra Group company, has appointed Jean-Phillipe Touzanne to lead its floating offshore wind activities.
Fluence Energy Inc., a provider of energy storage products and services, and optimization software for renewables and storage, has announced that Ahmed Pasha will succeed Manavendra Sial (Manu) as senior vice president and CFO of the company, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Hydrogen East Cluster, launched in May, has made three appointments to drive the delivery of hydrogen projects in the East of England. Steve Ross will lead on coordinating the cluster and working with the Industry Advisory Group (IAG) to develop core work programs and a regional hydrogen roadmap, as well delivering collaborative workshop sessions for local government and businesses that represent the entire hydrogen value chain. Anne Haase has been appointed as chair of the IAG, and Mark Turner has been appointed as vice chair of the IAG.
