HOUSTON — Wallem Group, a provider of technology driven maritime solutions, has announced that John-Kaare Aune will be stepping aside as CEO. After a period of transition, he will leave in January 2024. John Rowley will succeed him, effective Jan 1.
Bluestar Energy Capital, a renewable energy investment company, has appointed Neil O’Donovan president and COO of the company. O’Donovan was formerly an executive vice president of Orsted and CEO of its Onshore Business Unit.

Gebrüder Weiss has announced the passing of its co-shareholder Heidegunde "Heidi" Senger-Weiss, who died at the age of 82 on Oct. 19. Together with her husband Paul, she steered the company's fortunes from 1968 to 2004. In the following years (2005 to 2017), she served on the supervisory board.
