HOUSTON — Africa Energy Corp. has appointed Robert Nicolella CEO, replacing Garrett Soden, effective June 22. Soden is expected to be appointed chairman of the board on June 22, following the departure of William Lundin. Read more. 

Aramco has appointed Nasir K. Al-Naimi as president of its Upstream business and Mohammed Y. Al Qahtani as president of its Downstream business, both reporting along with Aramco’s executive vice presidents to the company’s president and CEO. The newly created positions and appointments will be effective July 1. Read more. 

Unique Group, a provider of subsea technologies and engineering, has appointed Sahil Gandhi CEO, succeeding Himanshu (Harry) Gandhi, who will now assume the position of chairman of the group.

Acorn International, a social and environmental risk management consultancy, has named Kristy Bellows COO. Most recently, Bellows was a vice president at Worley overseeing multiple units over a span of several years. 

Tendeka has appointed Paul Clark global adviser for production enhancement. He will oversee the sales, business development, marketing and commercialization areas of the business to enhance the production portfolio of the company where there is a strong chemical supply element.

BCCK, a provider of engineering, procurement, fabrication and field construction services, has named Drew Schiller director of business development-gas processing. 

N2 Solutions, a supplier of nitrogen services to the energy, industrial and utility industries, has appointed Eric Greenwood business development specialist.

Jeanine Wai has been appointed vice president investor relations for North America of TotalEnergies, effective June 1. She replaces Robert Hammond, who elected to retire from the company.
