Hempel A/S has appointed Peter la Cour Gormsen CFO and executive vice president of finance and also has named René Overgaard Jensen chief transformation and information officer (CTIO) and executive vice president of digital, strategy and transformation. Gormsen takes over from Lars Jønstrup Dollerup, who has decided to leave Hempel after five years with the company to pursue other opportunities.
Dominion Energy's Daniel G. Stoddard, senior vice president and chief nuclear officer and president-Contracted Assets, will retire Aug. 1. Stoddard will transition to senior vice president and president-Contracted Assets on July 1. In addition, the company has hired Eric S. Carr, president and chief nuclear officer of PSEG Nuclear. Carr will begin his tenure at Dominion Energy on June 5 as president-Nuclear Operations and will add the chief nuclear officer title on July 1.
Mark Garrett has announced that he will not be available for another term on the OMV supervisory board due to new professional challenges and limited time resources. Österreichische Beteiligungs AG (ÖBAG) will propose Lutz Feldmann as a candidate for the OMV supervisory board. Feldmann has held various management positions at E.ON, bp and ARAL and is currently chairman of the supervisory board at EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG, among others.
