HOUSTON — Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corp., a designer and manufacturer of compressors, drive turbines, gear boxes and control systems, has named Kazuhito Tojo president and CEO.
After 33 years of service with Shell, Harry Brekelmans will step down from his role as projects and technology director, a position he has held for almost nine years, effective June 30. Robin Mooldijk, currently executive vice president of chemicals and products, will be appointed projects and technology director, effective July 1. And following more than 33 years of service with Shell, Donny Ching will step down from his role as legal director, a position he has held for just over nine years, effective June 30. Philippa Bounds, currently general counsel, trading and supply, will be appointed legal director, effective July 1.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Tuesday named the head of state oil company PDVSA, Pedro Rafael Tellechea, as the new oil minister, a day after his predecessor resigned amid an extensive corruption investigation focused on the company, according to various news reports. Former minister Tareck El Aissami resigned on Monday after the arrest of several government officials and judges in connection with graft investigations.

Euronav said shareholders also had approved the nomination to the supervisory board of Marc Saverys from CMB, the Belgian group's largest shareholder, which opposed the Frontline merger (terminated in January).
