Spirit appoints chairman, interim CEO

Spirit Energy has appointed Chris O’Shea as chairman of the board.

ABERDEEN, UK – Spirit Energy has appointed Chris O’Shea as chairman of the board.

He succeeds Mark Hanafin.

In addition, the company has appointed Neil McCulloch as interim CEO. He succeeds Chris Cox, who will leave the company on Feb. 28, 2022.
