WEST PERTH, Western Australia – Peter Leonhardt has informed the Carnarvon Petroleum Ltd. board that he intends to retire as chairman after the completion of the company’s 2020 annual general meeting.
The board has appointed William (Bill) Foster to replace Leonhardt as chairman following the AGM.
