Petronas appoints new president and CEO

    Petronas has appointed Tengku Muhammad Taufik Tengku Aziz as president and Group CEO, effective July 1, 2020.

    KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia – Petronas has appointed Tengku Muhammad Taufik Tengku Aziz as president and Group CEO, effective July 1, 2020.

    He is currently the company’s executive vice president and Group CFO.

    He succeeds Tan Sri Wan Zulkiflee Wan Ariffin, who will leave after 37 years with the company.
