ESSEX, UK -- Tube Tech International has invested in a 3D/virtual reality and computer generated imaging (CGI) animation company. Through the use of 3D animation and virtual reality software, those involved in offshore cleaning, especially on critical or sensitive applications, are now able to see exactly how their equipment can be cleaned in situ and often online, the company says.

"Combining 3D animation and virtual reality graphics means that any global client will be able to put on the head set, don the glove and witness, in an accurate, virtual environment how we intend cleaning or inspecting their particular application," says Mike Watson, MD of Tube Tech. "This service is especially helpful when the project is a one off, critical path or where others have tried and failed."
