WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Petroleum Institute has agreed to offer Urgent Technology Ltd.’s electronic maintenance system in the United States.
The web-enabled system is designed to capture and complete maintenance requests.
“The difference between what we offer now and what will be available through API, is the opportunity for smaller operators to access all the features and benefits of the system, whether they be 10 sites or 1,000 sites, and for a per site per month cost,” says Urgent Managing Director Malcolm Railson. “This system is designed to save significant amounts of time and money by allowing site managers to log maintenance requests immediately via phone, PDA, computer or fax, and know that the request has been sent to the nominated contractor, whose performance is then managed against agreed Service Level Agreements.”
