(US) - Stallion Oilfield Services Ltd. has completed the acquisition of BLR Construction Companies LLC (BLR), which launches Stallion into the land and marine well-site construction business.
Based in Louisiana, BLR provides location construction including board and composite mats for rig sites, production facility and pipeline construction, marine and crew services, heavy equipment services, remediation services, and well-site decommissioning.
BLR's assets also include a fleet of barges, tugboats, and crew boats to support its marine operations, as well as other construction equipment.
