HOUSTON – XSENS AS has received an OTC Spotlight Award for the XACT ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter.
This system provides flow rate and fraction measurement at accuracies that were until now only obtainable by in-line technologies.
Installation of the system does not compromise pipeline integrity. Its size and weight are said to be just a fraction of conventional flow meter systems and is ideal for retrofit applications.
The company also won the Small Business Award.
