ABERDEEN -- Greatship India has contracted Veripos to provide standard positioning service and LID3-G1 hardware on its Greatship Amrita, Greatship Anjali, Greatship Dhriti, Greatship Disha, and Greatship Diya DP vessels. Veripos will supply similar facilities to four more Greatship vessels later this year.
Another Indian-based company, Great Offshore, has fitted Veripos’ LID3-G1 integrated receivers for reception of its Standard GNSS augmentation services on the FFSV Malaviya 25 and FFSV Malaviya 27 DP vessels, currently working offshore India.
Varun Shipping has installed identical equipment and services, which are now operational onboard DP anchor handling tugs AHTS Subhadra and AHTS Suchandra.
Veripos has also been awarded a three-year contract to provide LD2-G2 equipment and Standard services for TAG Offshore’s new anchor handling tug ship, TAG 4.
