Bodewes to supply winches for deepwater hoisting systems

Jumbo Shipping has contracted Bodewes Winches to supply four winches for the construction of two deepwater hoisting systems.

NIEUWERKERK AAN DEN IJSSEL, Netherlands -- Jumbo Shipping has contracted Bodewes Winches to supply four winches for the construction of two deepwater hoisting systems. The systems will be delivered to Jumbo Shipping's DP-2 heavy-lift vessel Fairplayer.

The scope of supply includes delivery of four winches, two double drum traction winches, and two fully electrical drive storage winches.
