Pipelay reel for CTC vessel

CTC Marine has contracted Reekie Machining for in-situ services on its multipurpose vessel Deep Cygnus.

INCHINNAN, UK --CTC Marine has contracted Reekie Machining for in-situ services on its multipurpose vessel Deep Cygnus.

Reekie will machine the vessel's deck to allow installation of a removable reel for pipelay work. A group of turners and machine tool technicians will travel to Norway shortly, where they are due to complete the work within a four-week time frame.
