HOUSTON –Schlumberger has introduced SPARK stimulation technology delivery platform.
SPARK includes HiWAY flow-channel hydraulic fracturing service, OpenFRAC family fluid additive systems, and ClearFRAC polymer-free fracturing fluid that can work with non-Schlumberger pumping units.
“We are supporting our customers by coupling our proprietary fluid systems, blending equipment and engineering expertise with non-Schlumberger pumping units,” said Dominique Malard, president, Schlumberger Well Services. “This initiative will leverage high-pressure pumping equipment provided by third-party services—whether vertically integrated customers or service contractors—to offer new options for stimulation applications.”
Additional services, including cementing, are being developed as part of the SPARK technology delivery platform.
