HOUSTON – Dresser-Rand is showcasing at the Offshore Technology Conference its rotating equipment technology that stresses efficiency, reduced life-cycle cost, and lower emissions.
Among the specific features will be the DATUM I compressor, Guascor gas engineers, and Envision condition monitoring software, says Dresser-Rand.
The DATUM I compressor incorporates proprietary centrifugal separation technology within the compressor body to remove liquid from the incoming gas and eliminate the need for external separation.
Dresser-Rand’s Guascor engines feature four valves per cylinder, supercharging, and fuel injection.
The Envision software can allow monitoring of process control and condition in a single computer platform.
