ABERDEEN -- Xodus AURORA, the environmental division of the Xodus Group, has launched PonTRAX, a web-based application designed to prepare and manage the applications for PON15s, which are government requirements regarding chemical use and discharge offshore.
"PonTRAX is a complete PON15 management tool," says Zoe Cairns of Xodus AURORA. It gives operators an auditable system for managing PON15 preparation and submissions, ensuring the necessary variations and updates are managed, logging chemical use and discharge against permits, monitoring permit compliance, and managing submission of EEMS reports."
Working for Aker Solutions, Xodus is developing PonTRAX to enhance the management of PON15 applications on BP's Foinaven and Shiehallion fields.
