Offshore staff
MUMBAI, India – Gujarat State Petroleum Corp. (GSPC) has contracted Laursen & Toubro (L&T) for a platform offshore eastern India.
The $317.5-million contract calls for a process/living quarters platform for installation in the KG basin in 2013.
Last year, GSPC contracted L&T for a wellhead platform for development of the Deen Dayal West Field in the same basin.
The superstructure for this platform has already been delivered from L&T’s newest manufacturing center in Kattupalli, India.
