Statoil installed two modules weighing 600 tonnes onto theVisund production floater in the Tampen area of the North Sea. Heerema's crane barge helped to install the gas compression and export units, which will ensure that the platform has the equipment and facilities needed to transport up to 15 MMcm/d of gas beginning this fall.

Gas injection capacity is expanding with the aid of the project in order to improve oil recovery from the Visund reservoir.
