    Sparrows installs crane to service wells for offshore Middle East platform

    ABERDEEN — The Abu Dhabi team of Sparrows Group recently recommended and installed an ECR 20 modular crane to service two wells for a client’s offshore platform in the Middle East.

    Additionally, the crane was safely disassembled and reinstalled in a new location within five days to serve an additional well.

    Alongside this project, Sparrows Group is also installing ECR 20 and ECR 120 modular cranes on a remote platform, which the company says showcases the versatility these temporary cranes have in supporting the offshore industry.

    "Both projects have been a true Group endeavor, with the Abu Dhabi project team collaborating closely with the Mumbai and Abu Dhabi design crews," Sparrows Group posted on its LinkedIn.
