Gazprom, OMV consider upstream collaboration

ST PETERSBURG, Russia – Gazprom chairman Alexey Miller and OMV chairman Rainer Seele have signed a memorandum on strategic cooperation.
This envisages the formation of a joint coordinating committee by the two companies on collaboration in the natural gas market, upstream and downstream, science and technology and staff training.
