DHAHRAN, Saudi Arabia – Saudi Aramco has signed a memorandum of understanding with Raytheon to form a joint company to develop cybersecurity services in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East region.

It will market and provide integrated defensive cybersecurity software and hardware capabilities and perform R&D activities.
