Ophir makes cuts at UK headquarters

LONDON – Ophir Energy is cutting its running costs by implementing staff reductions at its London head office.

Among those leaving are Dr. William (Bill) Higgs, the current COO and executive director.

Ophir has no plans to appoint a replacement.
