Iran continuing talks on further offshore joint ventures

Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh says that his country aims to conclude 10 major oil and gas deals with international developers by next March.

TEHRAN, Iran – Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh says that his country aims to conclude 10 major oil and gas deals with international developers by next March.

According to a report by news service Shana, the offshoreSouth Pars oil layer in the Persian Gulf is one of the projects under discussion.

Zangeneh added that Iran is in talks withWintershall concerning three potential projects.
